1. Agreement

By engaging Iron Relay or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Specific projects are governed by a written order, proposal, or statement of work. If there is a conflict, the signed order controls for that engagement.

2. Services

Iron Relay provides professional implementation and configuration services, including but not limited to: customer intake and lead-capture setup; workflow automation; websites and booking/contact flows; lightweight business tools; and process audits with scoped implementation.

We are not the underlying telecom, voice, receptionist, SMS, or AI platform vendor. Where such tools are used, the customer creates, owns, and pays for those accounts.

3. No volume or revenue guarantees

Iron Relay does not guarantee call volume, lead volume, job bookings, insurance approvals, revenue, profit, ROI, search rankings, advertising results, or on-call staff response times. Engagements improve process design, capture, routing, configuration, documentation, and related implementation quality. Outcomes depend on the customer’s market, staffing, vendor uptime, and third-party behavior.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and timely access needed for delivery
  • Own and fund third-party vendor accounts; comply with those vendors’ terms
  • Make dispatch, pricing, insurance, and compliance decisions for your own business
  • Ensure phone, recording, SMS, and marketing practices comply with applicable law (including TCPA where relevant)

5. Change orders

Work outside written inclusions requires a change order with description, price, timeline impact, and mutual confirmation before that work proceeds.

6. Payment & refunds

Fees are as stated on the order. Refund eligibility follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy. After build/test begins, fees are generally non-refundable; post–go-live remedy is the agreed tuning window where applicable.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the customer receives a license to use deliverables created specifically for their engagement for their internal business operations. Iron Relay retains rights to its pre-existing templates, know-how, and generic methodologies. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses.

8. Confidentiality

Each party should treat non-public business information shared for the engagement as confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Relay’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to Iron Relay for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for third-party vendor failures.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Texas, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
