Iron Relay provides business systems, automation, and digital implementation services.

2. What we collect

We primarily collect information you send us by email or other direct correspondence, such as:

• Name, company name, and contact email
• Project details, questionnaires, and operational information needed to scope or deliver services
• Payment and invoice records processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on this static website)

This website is a static informational site. We prefer not to use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide services
• To configure and QA systems under a paid engagement
• To maintain business records, accounting, and legal compliance
• To communicate about delivery, tuning, and support within agreed scopes

We do not sell personal information.

4. Vendor accounts and call/customer data

When a project uses a third-party receptionist, voice, SMS, CRM, or similar vendor, you own that account. Call recordings, transcripts, lead records, and similar data typically reside with your vendor under your agreement with them. Iron Relay is an implementer/configurator and may have temporary collaborator access during delivery; we are not the telecom or AI platform vendor.

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the business (for example payment processors or email providers), or when required by law. We do not share your information for unrelated advertising networks.

6. Retention

We retain business correspondence and project records as needed for delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of non-required records by emailing us; some records must be kept for legitimate business or legal reasons.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small professional-services business. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Children

Our services are directed to businesses, not to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
