How it works

A straightforward engagement process: clarify outcomes, agree scope and price, implement with the customer’s tools, test, hand off, and tune briefly.

  1. Discovery & scope

    We confirm business goals, current tools, constraints, and success criteria. You receive a written scope (inclusions, exclusions, timeline assumptions, and price) before build work begins.

  2. Commercial close

    Signed order or written confirmation plus payment per the agreed schedule. Policies for refunds, change orders, and limitations apply as published.

  3. Kickoff & access

    You complete a short onboarding questionnaire and grant collaborator access to customer-owned vendor accounts when needed. Deep build does not start on unpaid balances.

  4. Build, configure & document

    Iron Relay implements the agreed configuration: scripts, routing, forms, automations, or site flows — plus documentation for your operators.

  5. Test & QA

    We run structured test scenarios, fix in-scope issues, and review results with you before go-live.

  6. Go-live & tuning

    You flip production routing or publish when ready. A limited tuning window (for the flagship offer: 14 days) covers in-scope adjustments. Out-of-scope work requires a change order.

Typical timing (flagship lead-capture example)

With a responsive customer and vendor access ready, go-live is often about 5–8 business days after payment, followed by a 14-calendar-day tuning period. Other projects may be shorter or longer depending on scope.

Communication during active build and tuning is email-first; we aim to acknowledge within one business day.
